Gastroscopy

Insight view of the stomach for the examination of stomach ulcers.

Gastroscopy: Appearance of the stomach during endoscopic evaluation for gastritis, ulcers and tumours. Notice the ulcerative lesions at the plica. In 2004 a workshop with the worlds specialist Mike Murray took place in out clinic.

Gastroscopy: In the centre of the image you can see the pylorus, the transition of the stomach into the intestines. Notice the small gastric ulcerations at 1 and 8 o'clock. They can lead to chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, lack of performance or colic symptoms.
